Pretty Spirals - Bantu Knots Revisited

So I decided to give my bantu knots another go.  This time on dry hair so I wouldn't have to wait nearly 24 hours for my hair to dry.  It actually was not as frizzy as the picture made them look but throughout the day, my hair did start to expand.

That night, I re-did my bantu knots before bed but I decided to apply just a tad of Taliah Waajid's Lock It Up Gel and a bit of Naptural85's (from youtube) sticky pomade.  The results aren't shown but my hair was still light and felt far more moisturized than it did originally (I'd used Mizani Coconut Souffle Moisturizing Hairdress to do the original set--not all that impressed with the product.)

As a refresher, here's what my Bantu Knots looked like when I knotted two-strand twists as opposed to the single strand twists as above.  As you can see, the single strand knots give a much better length pay off:

Tell me what you think :-)

Very pretty! Love how it is big & fluffy yet still somewhat defined - that's my type of hair!
