Three months ago, I was sent a few products by Cara B Naturally for review. When they arrived, I opened the box and paused just to marvel at the presentation. The products were wonderfully packaged with care and upon my trial of these products it was apparent that they had been formulated just the same. Although the Cara B Naturally hair product line didn't work exceptionally for my own hair, I've seen a change in the moisture retention of MJ's hair as well as improvement in the condition of his skin.
All four of the CARA B Naturally products have a sweet but light, natural scent and compliment eachother well. Of all, my favorite product is the body lotion and I intend on purchasing it before the first one has been depleted.

Shampoo/Body Wash

My Experience:
During my trial of the shampoo/body wash, I opted only to use this product in the capacity of a shampoo. As such, it cleansed both my hair and my son, MJ's hair very well. Using just about a nickle-sized amount per section for my own hair, I was able to work this sulfate-free shampoo into a rich, velvety lather. Post-wash, our hair didn't feel stripped nor did the shampoo dry our hair out and there was no film or residue left behind.
Leave- in Conditioner/ Daily Moisturizer

My Experience:
For my hair, the leave-in conditioner was the product that I liked least of all the Cara B Naturally products. I used the Leave-in Conditioner along with the Moisturizing Spritz immediately after washing my hair and began styling it into twists. Once my twitst were completely dry, I took them out to style my hair for a twist out and to my dismay, there was a little frizz that resulted. I believe I was hoping for a product that had a little hold to keep frizz at bay. Each time I used the leave-in conditioner, I used varying amounts to see if I would receive different results. This product would work great for someone's hair that requires a light formula. My hair on the other hand, needs something a little heavier in order for well defined curls and coils to result.
To it's credit, although it didn't have much slip, the leave-in made for easy detangling. And as well, for MJ's hair I found that I didn't have to re-moisturize his hair throughout the week.
Moisturizing Spritz

My Experience:
I used the Moisturizing Spritz in conjuction with the Leave in Conditioner. Again, although this product had little to no slip, I was still able to easily free my hair or tangles leaving it more manageable for styling. This product also worked best MJ's hair as I didn't find that I had to mist his hair and scalp more than once throughout a full week.

The body lotion is by far my favorite product of the Cara B Naturally line and I found it completely amazing. Before trying the body lotion, the only product that would work on MJ's eczema was the thick Eurcerin paste. Once I started using the Cara B Naturally lotion on his skin, his eczema patches disappeared the same week.
His skin now feels supple and moisturized in those areas which is a complete "180" for my little guy. I'll definitely purchase this and continue to use it on his sensitive skin. The body lotion has a non-greasy formula and is light and creamy in texture. I loved it for my own skin as well and have resolved to using it continually.
